The type of fast-food you deserve: green avocado burger without bread, roasted meat and any kind of remorse.
Avocado burger – juicy, mighty and no bun intended! Green burger is one of my favorite ready-to-eat keto dishes and it’s usually cooked with a cutlet and salad leaves. We offer you a different variation, with a ripe and butter-like tender avocado as a bun substitute. It’s perfectly mixed with slightly-salted salmon, crisp cucumber and salad. Don’t worry about your protein intake — aside from fish, you’ll get a lot of easily digestible proteins from spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 50 gr salted red fish
- 2 cucumber ribbons
- 1 salad leaves
- 1 handful spinach (baby)
- sesame
Instructions
- STEP 1
- Cut an avocado in half, remove the pit and peel it. Turn one of the halves to slice off a piece of it, so it can stand on its own on a plate.
- STEP 2
- Slice a cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable slicer. Cut the salmon into pieces.
- STEP 3
- Layer the ingredients on your lower avocado bun: salmon, spinach, cucumbers. Repeat once or twice. Cover with another half of avocado and decorate the upper bun with sesame seeds. Voila!
Notes
If you want you can add some slices of red onions and olives or capers.
