Delicious, festive and fat smoked salmon salad for holidays. We’re loving it.
Eggs, avocado, oily fish, olive oil – there are almost all keto superfoods in this smoked salmon salad recipe.
After the holidays, you can replace the salmon with another smoked fish or even canned tuna – and you get an excellent budget dish for every day.

Ingredients
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 140 g avocado (medium fruit)
- 2 egg
- 200 g Iceberg salad
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp capers
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and dry salad leaves (Iceberg, Romanesco or any other salad greens). Put leaves on the bottom of a salad dish for serving.
- Hard-boil, cool and clean 2 eggs. Cut the salmon into 2-3 cm pieces and distribute evenly over the salad leaves. Cut the eggs into quarters and put them on top, add peeled and cut into slices or cubes avocado. Sprinkle the salad with capers, drizzle with oil, lemon juice and salt.
Notes
Salmon can be either hot- or cold-smoked.
