Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 100 ml vodka
  • 50 ml coffee liqueur (no sugar)
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Fill the shaker with chopped ice, add vodka, coffee liqueur, cream, and vanilla extract, and shake vigorously like a seasoned bartender.
  • Wet the sides of the martini glasses and sprinkle with erythritol. Strain the cocktail into the glasses and enjoy.

Notes

Useful tip: For New Year's cocktails and baked goods, prepare vanilla vodka in advance. Put a vanilla pod in a bottle of good vodka and leave it for at least a couple of weeks.
