- 150 g sesame
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g hard cheese (grated)
- 5 g psyllium (1 tsp)
- 2 egg
- 100 ml water
- salt (to taste)
- seasonings (to taste)
Mix all the seeds. Feel free to change the proportions and kinds of seeds or use only one kind, for example, pumpkin seeds. Add psyllium and water. Leave for a few minutes to let psyllium swell. The dough should not be liquid or too dense.
Preheat the oven to 160oC / 320oF. Cover the baking sheet with a baking paper, and spread the dough on. Flatten it with a wet spoon. The layer should be 0.5 cm / 0.2 inch thick. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Carefully cut the resulting plate into rectangles or squares. And send the sheet back to bake for another 30 minutes at 120oC / 248oF. Put the crackers out of the oven and let them completely cool on a baking sheet.
