Ingredients

  • 150 g sesame
  • 80 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g hard cheese (grated)
  • 5 g psyllium (1 tsp)
  • 2 egg
  • 100 ml water
  • salt (to taste)
  • seasonings (to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix all the seeds. Feel free to change the proportions and kinds of seeds or use only one kind, for example, pumpkin seeds. Add psyllium and water. Leave for a few minutes to let psyllium swell. The dough should not be liquid or too dense.
  • Preheat the oven to 160oC / 320oF. Cover the baking sheet with a baking paper, and spread the dough on. Flatten it with a wet spoon. The layer should be 0.5 cm / 0.2 inch thick. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Carefully cut the resulting plate into rectangles or squares. And send the sheet back to bake for another 30 minutes at 120oC / 248oF. Put the crackers out of the oven and let them completely cool on a baking sheet.
