- 280 g avocado
- 2 egg
- 50 g cheese (grated)
- 20 g onion
- 40 g ground chicken
- salt, pepper, spices (to taste)
- 30 g butter
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel it. Grate or mash with a fork.
Grate the cheese and mix it with the stuffing, avocado, and egg. The onion can be finely chopped or grated. Mix everything, add salt, and pepper.
Bake on a heated frying pan in butter. Serve with fatty sour cream.
