Ingredients

  • 280 g avocado
  • 2 egg
  • 50 g cheese (grated)
  • 20 g onion
  • 40 g ground chicken
  • salt, pepper, spices (to taste)
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel it. Grate or mash with a fork.
  • Grate the cheese and mix it with the stuffing, avocado, and egg. The onion can be finely chopped or grated. Mix everything, add salt, and pepper.
  • Bake on a heated frying pan in butter. Serve with fatty sour cream.
