Turn on the oven to 180°C. Place baking paper on the baking tray.
Mix all the dry dough ingredients in a food processor or on low speed with a mixer.
Without stopping the mixer, add the vinegar and the egg. Then add water one teaspoon at a time. The dough should roll into a ball and be sticky. If it is not, it will be brittle.
We put the dough ball in the foil and "squeeze" for 2 minutes. The homemade antistress ball followed by the goodies is a buzz kill!
Roll out the square between two sheets of parchment or film.
Mix all the filling ingredients and apply them to our square.
Fold the square in half and cut it into 10 strips. Tie each strip into a pretzel knot. If the dough has the right structure, it will not break. Place the rolls on the parchment of a baking tray and put in the oven for 10-13 minutes, until golden. The main thing is not to overdo it, or else they will become brittle cookies (which is not bad, but not what we need).
While the buns are in the oven, whisk together all the sauce ingredients. We take out the buns, lay them out nicely on a plate, and pour the sauce and oom-nom with Earl Grey with a blanket round your legs.
