Ingredients

  • 60 g salted salmon
  • 40 g arugula
  • 120 g cucumbers
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • sesame seeds (by taste)
  • coconut aminos (look here)

Instructions

  • Boil eggs, but do not make them hard-boiled. If you know how to make poached eggs - great.
  • Chop cucumbers, mix them with greens, and then dress them with oil. Place salmon on top, crown it all with eggs - notch it so the yolk artistically flows out.
