Ingredients

  • 230 gr hazelnut butter (or just blend the hazelnuts yourself)
  • 60 gr butter
  • 10 gr erythritol (you can take less or don't add it at all)
  • 50 gr cocoa powder
  • salt (by taste)

Instructions

  • STEP 1
  • Take the butter out of the fridge, let it get softer. Then mill the erythritol into powder in your coffee grinder (otherwise it will feel gritty and unpleasant).
  • STEP 2
