45gerythritol
20gcocoa powder

Instructions
Before cooking, remove tofu from the package and leave for 10 minutes to get rid of excess water.
In a cup, mix cocoa powder, coffee, and sweetener, add 4 tbsp boiling water and mix till all the ingredients dissolve. Bring the syrup to a boil over low heat, turn off the heat, add the contents of the vanilla pod and cool down.
I used Balinese coffee: it is very finely ground, and I did not even have to strain it. Espresso or instant coffee are also good.
In a blender, mix tofu with the chocolate syrup until evenly creamy. Put the mixture into parfait glasses and cool in the fridge. Garnish with strawberries and chocolate beans before serving.
