Ingredients

“Devil Babies”

  • 4 egg (hard boiled)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dill sprig
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • salt, pepper, spices

“Pumpkins”

  • 4 egg (hard boiled)
  • 1 carrot (small, boiled)
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise (homemade такого)
  • greens (any stalks will do, but green onion feathers will be ideal)
  • salt, pepper, spices

“Spiders”

  • 4 egg (hard boiled)
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • ½ onion
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise (homemade такого)
  • 8 olives pitted
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper, spices

Instructions

Devil babies

  • Cut the eggs in halves. Mix the yolks, pulp of half an avocado, and dill with a blender, add lemon juice, salt, and a pinch of paprika.
  • Put the resulting mixture into egg whites. Cut “horns” out of red bell pepper and decorate stuffed eggs. At an adult party, you can make a couple of horns out of hot pepper for a joke.

Pumpkins

  • Cut the eggs in halves. Finely grate the carrot, knead the yolks with a fork, mix the carrots with the yolks and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.
  • Form a small ball out of the resulting mixture and put it into the egg white so that the ball sticks out slightly. With a toothpick, draw the lines, as on a pumpkin. Make a stem out of the greenery. Done!

Spiders

  • Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry until tender in olive oil, then grind until smooth with a blender.
  • Cut the boiled eggs in halves, take the yolks out, knead with a fork and mix with the mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, then put the resulting mixture into the egg whites.
  • Cut olives in halves. Lay one half on top of the egg filling (spider's body). Cut the second half of the olive into 6-8 thin strips (spider's legs), and lay it on the "body" sides. Ready!
