  • 3 egg
  • 60 gr cream cheese
  • 100 gr salmon (salted or smoked)

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs, half of the soft cheese and ghee with a mixer until smooth.
  • Fry the pancakes without oil (what's in the batter is enough).
  • Serve with cream cheese and salmon.
