- 300 g chicken (cooked)
- 400 g mushrooms
- ½ onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g brie cheese
- 100 g cheese
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
Finely chop onions and garlic, and fry in ghee until translucent. Add chopped mushrooms to the pan.
When the mushrooms are cooked, add cream, butter, and brie. Let the cheese fully dissolve. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Finely chop the chicken meat, and mix it with mushrooms. Put the mixture into a baking dish (or individual molds). Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C (check to ensure the cheese is golden brown). Done!
