Ingredients

  • 300-400 gr artichoke (canned)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (here's a recipe on how to cook your own)
  • 150-200 gr parmesan (or any other kind of gratable cheese)
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Chop the artichokes into larger pieces, grate the cheese, peel the garlic and mince it. Put it into a cup.
  • Add some mayonnaise and stir. Add salt and pepper and voila, it's yours to enjoy! Eat it or better yet add it to some juicy steak or shashlik.
