artichoke
(canned)

mayonnaise

parmesan
(or any other kind of gratable cheese)

garlic cloves
Instructions
Chop the artichokes into larger pieces, grate the cheese, peel the garlic and mince it. Put it into a cup.
Add some mayonnaise and stir. Add salt and pepper and voila, it's yours to enjoy! Eat it or better yet add it to some juicy steak or shashlik.
