Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 10 g coconut flour
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 5 g psyllium
- 15 g erythritol (or erythritol with stevia)
- 20 ml heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 10 g butter
- ореnuts, pieces of bitter chocolate, berries (to taste)
Instructions
- Just for curiosity’s sake, set the timer. One-two-three-go! Butter goes into the cup, the cup goes into the microwave for 20-30 seconds until the butter melts. When the cup is out of the microwave, swing it a little to help the butter to spread evenly on the inner surface of the cup.
- Throw the remaining ingredients into the cup and whip them up into a smooth paste. You can optionally add nuts, chocolate, or berries. Mix. Put the cup into the microwave for 3 minutes. Done! Om-nom-nom!Oh, no! We forgot to stop the timer. I guess the experiment should be repeated.
