Delicious fish casserole, which takes only 5 minutes to prepare!
Fish casserole sounds too complicated. In fact, only 2 ingredients are needed!
Servings: 1 serving
- 100 g white fish (thaw if you use frozen fish)
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper, spices
- 70 g lettuce
- 50 g tomatoes
- 80 g cucumber
- 10 ml olive oil
- 20 g butter
- Cut the fish fillet into smaller pieces, then mix them with a blender. Add an egg, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170oC /338oF.
- Dice vegetables and dress with olive oil. Put a piece of butter on a warm casserole when served in plate.
