  • 100 g white fish (thaw if you use frozen fish)
  • 1 egg
  • salt, pepper, spices
  • 70 g lettuce
  • 50 g tomatoes
  • 80 g cucumber
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 20 g butter


  • Cut the fish fillet into smaller pieces, then mix them with a blender. Add an egg, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170oC /338oF.
  • Dice vegetables and dress with olive oil. Put a piece of butter on a warm casserole when served in plate.
