Ingredients
- 130 gr ground beef
- 50 gr bacon
- 1 egg
- salt (and spices)
- salad leaves
Instructions
- Form a flat patty out of ground beef (don't salt it yet!), cool it in a fridge.
- Fry the bacon. Take it out, and then fry a patty in the same frying pan. About 3 minutes from each side.
- Let your patty "rest", salt it and add some preferred spices. Fry an egg in the same frying pan.
- Construct your burger: salad leaves, patty, bacon and egg. Your breakfast is ready!
