  • 130 gr ground beef
  • 50 gr bacon
  • 1 egg
  • salt (and spices)
  • salad leaves


  • Form a flat patty out of ground beef (don't salt it yet!), cool it in a fridge.
  • Fry the bacon. Take it out, and then fry a patty in the same frying pan. About 3 minutes from each side.
  • Let your patty "rest", salt it and add some preferred spices. Fry an egg in the same frying pan.
  • Construct your burger: salad leaves, patty, bacon and egg. Your breakfast is ready!
