Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp psyllium
- 50 g cream cheese
- 50 g salted salmon
- salad leaves
Instructions
- Mix the egg and psyllium with a fork. Leave for a few minutes. Turn on the stove to medium heat.
- Spread the mixture about 1 cm thick on the pan. Fry on both sides.
- Let it cool a little. Spread the cream cheese and put fish with salad leaves on the pancake. Om-nom-nom!
