  • 200 gr ground pork
  • 100 gr oyster mushrooms (or any kind of mushroom you like)
  • 20 gr tomato paste
  • salt, pepper, spices


  • Make meatballs out of ground pork (seasoned with salt and spices), fry them from both sides. Cover with tomato paste, salt it and stew meatballs in tomato paste.
  • Take away the meatballs and stew the mushrooms in tomato paste. Add salt and spices to your liking!
