Ingredients
- 200 gr ground pork
- 100 gr oyster mushrooms (or any kind of mushroom you like)
- 20 gr tomato paste
- salt, pepper, spices
Instructions
- Make meatballs out of ground pork (seasoned with salt and spices), fry them from both sides. Cover with tomato paste, salt it and stew meatballs in tomato paste.
- Take away the meatballs and stew the mushrooms in tomato paste. Add salt and spices to your liking!
