Olena Islamkin on how to cook your new favorite sweet nutty crush in just five minutes. Keto nutella sugar free — sweetener on the low, pleasure on the max!
There’s already a recipe for how to cook nutella using the nut flour. But this one is even more simple. You’ll need some hazelnut paste for it. It’s harder to find than almond paste or peanut paste, but it exists. I’ve found one on iHerb – it consists of hazelnuts, more hazelnuts and nothing but hazelnuts.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 10 servings
Carbohydrates: 8g
Ingredients
- 230 gr hazelnut butter (or just blend the hazelnuts yourself)
- 60 gr butter
- 10 gr erythritol (you can take less or don't add it at all)
- 50 gr cocoa powder
- salt (by taste)
Instructions
- STEP 1
- Take the butter out of the fridge, let it get softer. Then mill the erythritol into powder in your coffee grinder (otherwise it will feel gritty and unpleasant).
- STEP 2
- Blend everything into one shiny mass. That's it! It's a fat bomb of a kind, only in a jar. A teaspoon of keto nutella will be your savior in the moment of weekness, when you feel ready to drop everything and start eating non-keto sugary stuff.
