Japanese food usually doesn’t fit into the keto box. However, we found a solution: no-rice keto sushi rolls with tamari sauce!
In any cuisine in the world, there is a dish able to be adapted for keto-eaters. For example, everyone’s favorite Japanese keto sushi rolls without rice are much better then classic ones. Add tamari sauce or coconut aminos, and get very authentic taste!
- 1 nori seaweed sheet (medium size)
- 50 g cream cheese
- 50 g salted salmon
- 50 g avocado
- 50 g cucumber
- tamari sauce (similar to soy sauce, but without wheat)
- Spread cream cheese over the nori, put down a cucumber, avocado, and fish stripes. Roll in.
- Eat your sushi rolls dipped in the sauce. Delicious.
